Still bugging about cooling my e6400 proc

yo peeps, i know im a pain in the butt, which would only mean im desperate anyway, ive been having a lot of trobule keeping my slightly OCed proc from 2.1 to 2.5 right now with a zalman 9500. i was wondering how accurate are everest ultimate temps. cuz im getting low temps kinda like speedfan. TAT shows that i idle at 50 on both cores which is unreal. there is a pic attached what do you guys think? can i safely OC a bit more? i mean from 2.1 to 2.5 its pffft

what does your bios read for temps on the cpu as a whole. In my experience speedfan and core temp have been dead on one another, and I really dont know what to make of your temps. So Im not gonna give the go ahead and oc as that would make me look bad. As I really dont know know what to say. Sorry for your misfortune.

If TAT says 50, then its most likely 50. I'd say reseat your heatsink, being extra careful to not take the heatsink off after setting it into the thermal grease. Your Bios temps are going to look low because the processor has just started up.

after you put your heatinsk on try to look under it maybe your not getting good contact. Because i use a 9500 on my overclocked pentd and my load temps dont go above 56c.

Maybe try lapping the cpu heatsink. And when you put it on is it tight with mine at one time it waset real tight no more so i put somthing extra under the bracket arm to make it fit tighter.

That temp looks so bad.
What is you temp with stock cooling? It looks like bad contact. My 6400 run at 436x8=3500 @35c/50c/BT+FM121-2000rpm
