If you had another FAT32\\NTFS drive connected to the machine when you installed windows, it'll detect that as C:. The only way I've been able to change it was a fresh install with that other drive (in my case, my data drive) disconnected.

I tried using tools to scan the drive anc change it, but it goosed Windows.

And this is in RAID 0
Hey Mun,

I was perusing the eVga forums and saw quite a few folks with complaints about RAID performance with the 680i. Here is one link, mostly about Raptors but there is a Cuda user in there.
Also I read a BIOS update may fix the problem, I lost that link though

You download the floppy maker (bios file) and run it, put in a floppy and when it is done, reboot with the floppy in and the floppy drive set as the first boot device. It is called a removable device in bios i think, it says press Y to flash I believe, and when it is done, reboot and set bios defaults.

My single backup (NOT RAID) Hd performs close to your Raid 0 setup:

On the left, and this first screeny was accidently with jumpers on so SATA150

Here is what your raid 0 should look like:

just to check are you sure it is in raid 0 and not raid 1 or some other form of raid? I know it's kinda a stupid question but just one of those that needs to be asked as I know we all make mistakes.
