Optimus Keyboard Done: $1564

It only took them 3 years to finally launch the keyboard. Notice that this keyboard needs active cooling. Anyone want to watercooled their Optimus keyboard!?

If you don't know, each key is a programmable OLED. That means you can change the image on the each key and program what it does.
Once again...

Bah, most people are only going to find it "sexy" because of it's price tag. I personally prefer a nice, plain jane keyboard.

No, the price tag takes away some sexiness level because no one can afford it The keyboard itself is sexy

I tend to see things otherwise. Those that have more money than they know what to do with (the kind of people who'd buy this thing) are probably interested in it because no one else is that stupid... er has that much money. It's something about the male psyche that prefers to one up the next guy, even if it means his own demise.

Excuse me while I go fry my card trying to get to the top of the overclock list in the Nvidia section...

It looks pretty plain to me... until you hit the mode buttons on the left side. Watch as the keyboard configures to BF2142 or Photoshop layout. It is mostly a gimmick since who really needs to look at the keyboard when typing? However, I would still like one...

I heard it only has a 2 year estimated lifetime. Maybe people as rich as paris hilton would buy a 1500$ keyboard that will last 2 years.
