I think that you have probably hit the limits of that CPU. If you want to go farther you need to turn your "DRAM Frequency" down. Which in effect lowers the speed at which your RAM is running. IE if you are running a 200Mhz Dram frequency, your FSB@200Mhz=RAM@200Mhz speed. If you turn the DRAM Freq to say 180 FSB@200Mhz=RAM@180Mhz speed, thus allowing more room to OC. BUT you need to know if your CPU can handle those higher speeds also, its not just dependant on RAM.
These are just hypothetical examples! I am fairly new to OC'ing, but this is MY understanding of how the "MEMORY DIVIDER" works.
In looking at your CPUZ shot, you are at 210Mhz now with your RAM, so for any higher OC, you need to change the divider. (depending on what MAX speed the RAM is capable of). Make your adjustments SLOWLY! Dont go from say 200Mhz DRAM FREQUENCY to say 140 in one step. Lower your DRAM Freq, then increase FSB, then again till you hit the speed you need.

You can adjust it to the lowest speed possible...if you don't want it to be a limiting factor.

Depending on what RAM you have (if it's cheap stuff shooting 10% over could be tough) you may need to lower your divider.

You would be running your memory at 240MHz, I'd make sure the CPU could hit that first (drop your mem multi) and then bring the mem up. Careful with memory though, it makes a mess when you screw it up.

lower your ram divider to 100mhz and OC your 64 3000+ until you are satisfied with it. next, increase your ram from 100mhz>120mhz>etc until you are happy with your ram speed. after you can satisfied with both your proc speed and ram speed, do a stability test.
