Could it be? reaching 4Ghz at stock Voltage?

Ok so ... exactly that, i've had this machine for about a year and never overclocked it because i didn't feel the need to. So i'm now unemployed and i figured what better way to spend my valuable time than .. playing weird games on my PC. I Got a few games and well... i guess my PC is not as up to date a a year ago so i decided to overclock.

I got me a Zalman 9700LED and started overclocking... i am now at 3.83 and still at 1.26 Volts... very much stable with temperatures of 27 Idle and 42/45 average at Load for over an hour CPU and Memory test.

I doubt my temperatures are going much higher from now, so thats not going to be a problem, still ... pretty weird i think... shouldn't i be at around 1.35 1.4 Volts.

Again, i'm not an expert... but the gap just seems weird to me, anyone else clocking this much at stock Voltage?

It's possible if you have a good stepping/week.
