Dual Display Problem!!!

Thread Starter
So I have a Viewsonic 19'' VX922 for my Primary at 2ms response and a crap Dell 19'' with slow response time for an extra display.

Was running Native Display or whatever you call it when you just have a primary and a secondary setup.

So I'm running WoW on the Viewsonic and Windows Media Player on the Dell playing some AVI's.

The problem I have is my system locks up intermittently, either completely freezes or the display freezes on both of them and the sound keep playing just fine.

I'm being told that trying to run WoW and a Movie at the same time is a bad idea but FFS I have a $99 Sound card and a $500+ Video card...is this the case or am I missing something? lol

The Windows media player uses Hardware acceleration, so the card cannot do both at the same time. I tried the same thing, watch a tv show while I played Gmod. Did not work out. You might be able to do it if you turn off hardware acceleration.
