Will adding a second internal SATA drive increase temp on the cores of the CPU?

Noticed that my ide temps are now running 35-37C with case open, whereas it was running at 28 or so before I added the second the SATA HDD (internal).

It might increase temps slightly, but certainly not by that much.

Is the new drive blocking airflow?
