Timings only matter when you're changing frequencies, I don't see why people look at timings and instantly think OMG WAIST OF MONEE THATS DUM!!

Um- apparently people don't know this. 10-10-10-24 on DDR3 is equivalent to 5-5-5-12 on DDR2.
