At 2.0 they'll be a lot cooler than the DDR2 1000 HZ (2.2-2.3)

2.32 kill? SHOULDN"t but i'd personally keep it under 2.3 (most people general rule of thumb is stock voltage + .2 volts)

I run my HZs at 850 mhz 4-4-4-8 timings with 2.1 volts

Should be fine thats what I run pretty much all my ram at (d9gmh stuff) both the HZ and ballistics that I had and they lived for a long time. The crucialls are still in my possesion and doing fine. I wouldnt go over 2.4 and personally anything over 2.1 to 2.2 I put some kind of active cooling on them.
