Skinning XP 64 Bit

Thread Starter
OK, so everyone here skins their Windows, for the most part. What are some ways that you skin your Windows? I'd rather not use something that involves running a program at start up. I'd really rather just know what do do / where to get skins for Windows without getting viruses and corrupt system files. So any reputible way to get XP Themes for the 64 bit version would be gladly accepted.
