If you can find the thermalright in stock that is the best one out right now, but its expensive and you also have to buy a fan and add that to it, the tuniq tower only lost by 1c at idle and a few c load but the tt120 comes with the fan, its a great cooler, and looks nice.

Im getting the Antec P182 case, I was wondering if i should change the stock case fans to something better? Plus I need to add a 92mm Intake fan so whats a good 92mm fan.

There is a sticky in the watercooling section that lists several places you can go to for cooling solutions. If you run into trouble definately post there those guys can help you out.

Personally I'm partial to air and don't know too much in that area.

I would recommend that you atleast upgrade to a 20" WS with a resolution of 1680*1050, sou that you can run benchmarks such as 3Dmark06 at 1280*1024, which is default.
