what is your RAM's SPD table? CPU will show you it under the SPD tab.

No, the Orthos stable one is 250 FSB at 3.0Ghz im sure if i upped my voltage it would run stable but im air cooling so im running 270 FSB at 2.9Ghz right now its not Orthos stable either but its more stable than the 280 FSB one. (never crashed in CSS with the unstable ones yet though with atleast 2 hours of game time).

Thanks for the info. When I get mine back up and running I will definately try to get to 3.0ghz stable. I'll post here too if I try something different than what you have already tried.
