ICH9R Raid 0 help!!

When I installed my 4 drives on the Intel ICH9 Sata controller, and set up raid with the utility, everything sets up fine. but when i install windows XP pro, using the drivers supplied, on a floppy, the installation brings a blue screen right as the actual XP installation starts. I've tried all Sata ports, and with 2,3 and 4 drives. windows will install fine on a single non raid drive, if raid is disabled. raid can also be configured once windows is installed.

i even made a bootable image of my system drive, with seatools, but it reboots after loading the utility. im not sure what gives. but this kinda sucks lol
3 drives work fine if configured in windows, but i cant get anything pre OS loading

update. i ghosted my system drive to the 3x raid 0 drive. so atleast now i have 3 drives in raid. not sure what i'll do with the extra 80. hopefully gigabyte will spew out some updates after the 25th that can resolve this. i notified them. but 3x in raid is better then no raid. maybe i'll just put all my tunes on there for now
