ATI X1300XT Overclock

Thread Starter
I just overclocked my Visiontek X1300XT today. I used ATI TOOL and I opened my side paned and put a fan next to the card and its been stable after an hour of HL2 Deathmatch. The fan was my original fan that came with the comp and I connected to the power supply and just pointed at the back side of the video card and it cools like magic. Although, there hasn't been any temp reading since I bought it.

Original Core Clock Speed
500mhz
Original Memory Clock Speed
400mhz

New Core Clock Speed
546.75mhz
New Memory Clock Speed
432.00mhz

I will be trying for an even higher clock. I'll keep you guys posted.

Yea that seems a good clock for that card. I had a Sapphire X1300XT 512Mb. I don't think that I was able to change the memory clocks though, but that was awhile ago.

Well I now got the card to overclock even higher.

New Core Clock
560.25mhz

New Memory Clock
459mhz

And its stable for the most part. I've been playing source for more than an hour and nothing has happened. I touch the card and it was still kinda cool.

But it shutdown when i got to 569mhz for the core so I think this is all I can do.
