Wow looks very nice.

I like Creative but most of their MP3 players like the Zens are too thick IMO.

Screw that i'm getting a xifi, then carry it in a modded laptop that has PCI. Then I will have the best portable music player ever made .

Yeah if I bought one I would probally go for a Creative, I've liked the ones I've seen. Also I would never ever use Itunes, so Apple is out of the picture.

Creative makes such high-quality products at, in this case, a fraction of the price.

Creative has an awesome customer service, too... while Apple pretty much charges for everything.

Creative FTW!!!!
fad? monopoly? No it not, its the best gear out there. high quality? I'll take my iPod that is well made w/ at least SOME metal on it than your 100% plastic POC thanks.

Had this been out when i got my iPod shuffle (old Gen 1, 512MB version), I would have definitely gone with this instead. iTunes is a PITA, and being able to plug this in at home, work, or basically anywhere, and without having to use intermediary software, would make this a BIG winner in my eyes. The price is awesome, too. Anyone who says this isn't a serious threat to the iPod dynasty is sniffing way too much glue. Half the price and no DRM/iTunes Bull:turd:? Creative FTW! (Although I'm still boycotting their sound cards.)

no offense, but I just think you're sour that people do actually value Creative, although it's kind of the underdog compared to iPod. Apple has definitely created monopoly on its mp3 player line and you know it.

iPod is almost like the official name for all mp3 players. Whenever you see a pair of white earphones, ppl go "Do you have an iPod?"

Plus, Creative makes high-quality stuff. Just because your iPod has metal on it, doesn't mean it's bulletproof or built any better than other mp3 players.

Everyone has to admit that it sucks to have your thumb going around like 50 times if you want to get to the bottom of the song list. On the other hand, you can hold your thumb down on the equally touch-sensitive control and ZOOM! you're at the bottom of the song list. You can find the song you want that much quicker.

I can't really say that what Creative has come up with against the Shuffle is much better since the interface is pretty much the same. However, I can definitely say that compared to the reg. iPod line, Creative has a much better interface as well as the ease of transferring songs/videos to their units.

Looks familiar

It's alot cheaper than the iPod shuffle though. Coming in at just £27.99\\$39.99 for 1GB.

Apple could have a serious competitor on their hands.
ABOUT TIME!

I'm going to return my shuffle that I just got and get these beast!!!

so true, everytime people would ask me on my store before, "do you have any ipods" I would be like no, no we don't. They look around and their like yes you do look, I'm like no that's an MP3 player, or I would give them the name of that particular brand ..I had fun making people look dumb
