worth getting

Thread Starter
is it worth sli ing or cross firing graphic cards cause, from reviews and benchmarks, I see very little difference when they compare, with a single graphic card rather than two, only see like 5 or 8 fps increase

here is link to show the difference compare the resolution and then compare with the sli and single

You know... I'm not really sure.

Because with insane cards nowadays, you can probably get the performance of older gen. SLI set up with just a single card.

However, as time goes on and better games come out, you'll definitely see the difference between single and SLI set up.

If you got the money, opt for SLI on a high-end card.

If I can run bf2 at the highest settings on a single 7-series card and have no lag what so ever then why would I need another card? Answer... simply to show off IMO. I understand if your card gets a little bogged down from games then you need to make a choice to either get a better single card or another of your present card for SLI. The choice is yours.

...but yeah it's not like a 2nd card doubles everything. You will get a big increase in performance but not that big.
