anything supertalent, its a no name brand not many know of for some reason, but ive always had great luck with them, my DDR2 533 runs at 667 at 533 timings and my 667 will do 800 on 4-4-4-11 so its great stuff, its 1gb stick of course and costs about 60-70 bucks depending on vendor

I would say Mushkin, thats what im using right now and they work very well... and from what i just found they are well below your price range and though they dont have many reviews most of the other people seem to think the same thing.
