Can it not run on Vista?

Everyone is saying this but I had mine running on Home Premium 32bit

I was using Latest ATI Cat drivers and it worked fine.

Why the hell a free game needs copy protection software is beyond me, but I'm betting it's something nefarious. Call me a cynic.

G...g...g....g...god like bump

Anyone having graphical lag troubles running this game on Vista? I have my graphics all high (like i should), and it's just jumpy.
