I though it may have had something to do with the first set going bad as I ran 2.4v for a few hours on them. However the second set ran @ 2.5v.

I think it's odd you had this issue after cmos clears. I reset my cmos a ton as I went through my overclocking trials with this board. I would grab a new board personally. If you get new ram before you get a new board maybe try different slots, but I wouldn't risk it personally.
Very odd that both died during Cmos clear. The only two times I had to clear it, one of the ram sticks die? First time in slot 3, second one in slot 1. Odd eh. Getting the mobo replaced won't be a problem as we have lots in stock, however I think we are out on the ram
. I guess I'll have to run on one sick for now.
