Best PC Case, Aesthetics and Airflow - Page 2

Stacker ftw, I find it weird to have a mirror finished case. Kind of pointless.
Or get the P180 black verison.

Stacker does sound good;

Of all of the variations, which one is preferred? Evolution, 832, 830? I don't see too much difference; the only thing I'm worried about is the fan thing. I want to add some Yate Loons to the mix, but I don't want them to ruin the metal screen on the side.

This is definitely tempting me into spending about $700 on a case... That's the most beautiful piece of metallic goodness I've ever seen. I want it! But alas... Such a waste...

Best PC Case: Thermaltake SHARK VA7000BWA Black Aluminum ATX Full Tower $160.99 shipped. Why?

#1-It's all aluminum; light weight and aluminum keeps cool better than steel.
#2-Case comes with a honey-comb side opening, great for plenty of Air-Flow and keeping parts running cool.
#3-Motherboard tray.
#4-Two 120mm fans, one for intake and one for exhaust, best way to have air-circulating inside the case, in with the cool, out with the hot.
#5-Best damn case for cable management:

When I switched to this case from a mid-tower, temps in my system dropped about 10c, now air was not being restricted and also the side opening helped a lot, wires are all tucked in and this is the best case ever for me, I'm not buying any other, this is the one for me.

BTW, that's an old picture, I need to take a new one, maybe later, I'm lazy.

Number one on your list is not true, what the case is made of makes little to no difference in temps, just airflow. But other then that, the Shark definitely is an excellent case, and one that is often overlooked.

this is my personal opinion,
i think most gamer pc only need 2 120 fans, 1 at the front and 1 at the back.
And the the air flow is already enough, but if you go want to only overclock, then thats another thing.

The CM Stacker has all of those traits, as well, accept it has room for a blowhole and side fans as well. The Shark and Eureka are indeed sweet cases, but everything you listed as a pro for the Shark also applies to the Stacker, and do a few other cases as well.

Case choice questions are a little strange to me because there's really no subjective answer possible.

It's like looking at a piece of art, you know? One man's junk is another man's treasure. In other words, the only answers that matter are the ones that come from the person asking the questions.

That's not to say it's not fun to engage in banter on case choices. It's good to offer opinions. Just don't hold on too tightly to your own, though, because someone else will do the very same, and that's how arguments flare up.

All that said, I've got a Silverstone TJ09, and it's lovely to me.
