I uped my core volt for 1.2500 to 1.3250 becuase of stibility. My computer would just shut off and restart with out it.Is that to much sould i lower it to 1.300 or a little lower.it is runing at 2410MHz and hits 49c @ load (stock cooling). Also i was looking in to getting a new heat sink.would i see a lower temp for a heat sink that uses heat pipes with fins.It is pritey bit and loney $50.I would like to hit about 2.6 or .7 or do i need water for that.thanks

For a little over 50 you could get the Tuniq Tower which many have had decent results with.

Is it a Brisbane ?

If so, I'd try to put it at 1.3v, if you haven't allready tried it. Should get you pretty high on it.

I'd say it's ok! What you want to do though is put your ram on the lowest devider and check stability again! If your ram is on the lowest you won't need as much vcore and you will probably be able to drop it to 1.3v again

I'd say that 1.32v isn't even enough... I'm pretty sure the Windsor is 1.35v stock

EDIT: You can pretty much go up to at least 1.45v safely as long as you watch your temps.

ok i played BF2142 at 1.30,1.3250,and 1.3500 @2.4GHz and the olny one that did not crash in the game was the 1.3500v setting. Also I out proforme the 4800+ acording to sisoftware sandra. So i whent on the web to see the volts for the 4800+ and it was 1.3500v.I also go my temp down for 47 load to 45 load with the higher volts.
