Wierd Marks in 3DMark05

Thread Starter
This morning i ran 3dmark05 with my omega drivers that i have been using since november and my first run in 3dmark05 got me a score of 5113.

afterwards i thought i might use ati's drivers instead to see if that would make a difference and i got a result of 4049 afterwards

are omega drivers that good or is there something im missing?

Usually yes they are. ATI are known for releasing shoody drivers

Did you remove the drivers proplerly using driver cleaner pro before installing new ones?

Excuse me shoody drivers? You must mean nVidia.

The Ati drivers are always good, some people choose to sacrifice image quality to get better scores. Thats what 3d party drivers do and thats why they give better scores.

I did mean *shoddy* but w/e

I refuse to get into a debate about ATI's drivers, but if that's your opinion then you are welcome to it.
