Problem overclocking..

I'm kind of getting lost when it comes to my motherboards BIOS, I dont even have options to change voltages or frequency

Could some one help me out? My motherboard is in my specs below. Should I post pictures of the BIOS screen (if it's any help)?

Here is a link to a page all about your board's BIOS:

Got to JumperFree Configuration under the Advanced tab, and all your overclocking options are in there. The one you want to change is CPU Frequency, as that is really your FSB. It will change the speed of the Northbridge and your RAM as well as your CPU, and in general make your computer much faster.

You have to go into "Jumperfree Settings," I believe you can change voltages in there, as well as CPU clock and memory clock/timings.

Overclocking can be a bit daunting the first few times. There's a lot to it! Just keep at it, it's fun!

No I know. It is fun. I've overclocked before, but I could never figure out how to with this BIOS. Since I'm programming right now, I'm going to head back into the BIOS in a bit and see if it helps. Thanks again
