It doesn't really OC too far.. 400-600MHz tops ?

For that price, your better off with an E6600. OC'ed of course.

At stock, the X2 6000 will eat it.

thank you exactly...actually though the 6600 pulls slightly ahead in many benchmarks, although in 3dmark06 the 6000 would be a little quicker...in games the 6600 usually tops the 6000, I would def go with the Intel processor, it will OC much higher

As you seem to already own a 4400+, you'd be better off simply overclocking that to roughly 3.0Ghz instead and save you cash for something else.
