More like almost stop completely.

I personally cannot stand the "holier than thou" attitude that many mac users and Apple as a company present. The mind-bogglingly irritating run that's been going of mac vs. pc commercials pretty much embodies everything I hate about Apple. If the OS did something drastically different or unlocked the key to some door that couldn't be opened with windows, I could understand. Seriously though, I use multiple mac and pc systems on a daily basis and there is nothing special about either. At all. I get the same amount of work done with both.

Personally, I like Macs and OS X. However, those commercials REALLY piss me off They are so exaggerated and one-sided (well, obviously ). They try to make it out like Macs are amazing and PC's suck, which isnt ture. There ARE things about Macs that are wonderful and that PC's don't have (iLife, no bloatware preinstalled, automator, high-quality hardware, great support, etc), but instead of making adds advertising those features, they go for some all-or-nothing "Macs are better in every way and PC's arnt used for anything other then spreadsheets" thing.

I'd like to get a mac just to have one.. Don't need it or anything.. I just want it.. But I can't afford to pay $500 right now for a MacMini, and can't find a used one that's cheaper than that, so I guess I will have to wait.

I have one here at home for my entertainment room, they are much better if you get a 7200rpm drive. It actually is faster than my 3600+ at encoding.

I use PCs and Macs about equally, it just irritates me that Apple goes to such lengths to create this fanboyish rabid fervor amongst its users, therefore making the rest of mac users look like cultish wierdos as well.
