That is, of course, you're choice if you want to destroy your CPU, but you should not make it sound normal and acceptable and offer it as advise. With 52c idle I can only imagine your load temps (I am guessing close to 70c). With that voltage and those temps, that CPU likely won't last more than 18 months.
Remember, just because a CPU is known to run "hot" does not negate the recommended thresholds, it just means more aggressive cooling is required and the OC may be held back by temps.
