Ati rookie: HDR and AA Supported by ATI? CC vs ATI tray tools

Thread Starter
1)I was wondering if this is true and how you set it up? use CC or ATI tray tools?

In Oblvion the settings only allow one or the other..does it work for GRAW too?

2) Does Ati tools provide better gaming performance vs CC? FPS etc?

Thanks,

Rookie

Get the latest patch for Oblivion. But I believe there is a mod in which lets you enable both as well. GRAW doesn't let you do it either way though. But try to find some kind of mod.

Performance is the same, but you should use either CCC or ATT, not both.

To use AA and HDR in oblivion, simply enable HDR in Oblivion, then force AA to the desired level in whatever control panel you're using.

Forcing Anti Aliasing in CCC also helps for HDR + AA in GRAW.

It's perfectly fine to use ATT and CCC at the same time. I use ATT for overclocking and fan control, CCC for video settings and Crossfire enabling. HDR is enable via software, so there is no setting to set.
For best AA quality, force 6X in CCC along with Quality Adapative AA.
You should also enable High Quality AF
