x1600 Pro 512MB AGP overclocking...

I am now prepared to take this card to it's limits, as I really don't care if it dies at this point. I really wanna volt mod it, but I can't figure out how from this http://www.sapphiretech.com/en/forum...ead.php?t=3621 or this http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=7530. The guy from the Sapphire forum says (mine's a Sapphire too) the layouts are the same, but mine has a slightly different layout than the x1300 from the guide. I cannot find R610 resistor or R710 resistor like the pencil mod pictures illustrate for the life of me. I have managed VERY nice clocks without the voltmods, my memory reaching higher speeds than most reach with a volt mod. 490 or 981MHz is not 100% artifact free, but it's run like that 24/7 as my pc is never turned off or put into any power saving modes, and I can't spot any artifacts real world while actually gaming. Artifact scanning is between 0-5 artifacts, but they are the small 1 pixel type and are barely noticeable. The 621 core is artifact free. Cooling at the moment is stock, but I removed the HSF, and there was thermal paste all over the core and surrounding area, so i cleaned that up and put the right amount of AS5 on, and where the GDDR2 and HSF contact there was no thermal paste or pads or anything, so I put some AS5 on the ram as well. I also have a chipset heatsink on the rialto bridge with a fan spinning on that, but it's just sitting there with some AS5 and could fall off if the pc was bumped hard or something, it's only temporary until I get some thermal adhesive. I am planning in modifying the HSF and combing it with a spare s754 HSF I have kicking around to volt mod the core, but for now I'm just gonna try volt modding the memory, and see what happens. I've got the multi-meter and an artist set of pencils in all density/hardness, and have been looking at the card for, all together, about 2 hours or so, split up a few times. If I took a pic of the card could someone help me find R710 resistor? Maybe it's not even labeled the same on my card, I don't know. Mad rep+ to anyone who can help...

I'm pulling 2200 in 3dmark06 witout v-mod, a score only x1600's paired with a Core 2 have been getting. I should be able to hit 2300-2400 with the volt mod, which would equal out to about 2500-2600+ if I had a core 2 rig to drop it in just to run 3dmark06. That'd be a record on there I think. I got a really nice card for an x1600, it's too bad the architecture sucks. Most can't hit my mem clocks with the v-mod.

x1600xt speeds would be incredible...gotta get my hopes up, right? I figure 700-750 core, 1000 mem

idk if u were to go with a 3600 x2 and get it to 2.9 it would score the same as a e6600 at stock witch is about ~2200 cpu score in 06

well, I "attempted" to get pics, but my camera is god awful terrible and I couldn't get a usable pic, way too blurry. I'll scour the web for a pic, there's gotta be one somewhere (hopefully!).
