HELP! qx6700 Phase change Asus p5w dh

Thread Starter
Strange Problem. First off specs are:
qx6700
pc2 9600 kingston 4gb
vapochill LS Phase change
Currently lastest bios 2004...??? But?
This bios does not support unlocking the multiplies even my extreme edition?
This is the confusion. When running on bios 1407 I was able to run stable at 4.2 because of multipliers, however performance from sandra arithmetic was horrible, how can this be at 4.2. I then update bios and could get past 3.4 stable but the arithmetic scores were thru the roof. What am I doing wrong?
Does someone have detailed specs for this setup. need 24/7 use stable. Thanks in advance.

Is the Vapochill stock? If so, you really need to stay away from high clock speeds, or your unit will die.
