Outlook 2007 Calendar 15 minute intervals

Thread Starter
Does anyone know if I can or how to change the time increment in the Outlook Calendar to allow 15 minute intervals? This 30 minute thing is annoying me, I would like to set 15 minute time without having to type them in each time. Thanks for any help.

go to your calendar, right click, select "Other Settings" and change "Time Scale" to 15 minutes

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure what that changes, but when I got to "New Appointment" and try and set the time, it still only lets me do 30 minute intervals unless I manually type in the minutes.

So when you use the "Week View" in the outlook calendar, after changing those settings, the week view now has increments of 15 minutes.

This lets you click and drag to select the amount of time you need for the appointment in increments of 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes.

Don't bother clicking the "New - Appointment" button. It's useless.

Use the calendar, click and drag on the time you want, and (at least in Outlook 2007) just start typing the title of the appointment. If you need to add details, hit enter twice.
