Sure, I can understand that you are thankful that I am here trying to help people and they show their appreciation by giving me a +rep, and then I get so many of those and then it makes me a proven member to the overclock.net society...
What does it matter though? How is all of this going to help me in life?
I guess of course it would make other people consider helping me more aside from those other people who sign up with no reps and nothing at all, ask a question, get their answer, and then leave, never to return again....
[was that a run on sentence??]
stupid english teacher....
Oh well, Just speaking my mind. Not trying to hurt any feelings or offend anyone.

you gotta remember that this isn't real life, we all know this, but enter this 'OCN world' simply to help other people.
We are happy when people get flames, because they are the kind of people that will stick around for a good while, and it's always nice when you know the people you are on with.
I have made some good friends on OCN, which i never would have done if i didn't either help them, or ask for their help, whick i or they gained reps from, thus helping them towards a flame.
OCN is like a computer game, the aim is to help other people, the reward is reps
