You need one clamp for every fitting (2 for each block or WC piece), so about 8 min, and get a couple more just in case.

And carefully look at everything to make sure you don't need more fittings. The MCR320 for example only comes with plugs, you need 2 3/8npt to 1/2 fittings for that. I also needed them for the reservoir I had.

One bottle of Hydrx should be just about enough coolant,

It's really nothing more than a UV reactive coolant like Zerex or another automotive coolant, so if you wanted you could use that as well...just don't mix 50% like you might in a car, you want no more than 10% coolant to 90% distilled water.
Then just buy distilled water at your local grocery store, you can usually buy a gallon for around a buck.

You might want to get this pump its a little cheaper.No rheo on it to adjust the speed but most people leave it on 5 or the highest setting any way..
