I must be stupid. No matter what I try OCCT suddenly will not even run nor open on my rig. I tried all the latest versions of it and it simply will not launch. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having issues where OCCT is showing 2 of my cores shooting to 127 degrees. And when I stop the test they stay there. RealTemp shows them not going over 65 degrees on all cores... :S
