Verizon Samsung u740

I have a samsung u740 with verizon and a micro sd card slot. I purchased an sd card for it and copy all the music to the card but the phone does not recognize all the music. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any questions just ask ill be here sitting waiting for help.

Did you follow the firections in section 9 of the user guide telling you how to format and then how to transfer the files? User Guide

Its mp3 and i check to see if they all are the same and they were now its reading 77/155 and at first it frezzes up and then i take the micro out put it back in and it reads. If i let it go it restarts the phone

Make sure the memory stick doesn't exceeds the phone maximum capacity, and make sure that the format is supported. Normally, you have softwares that come with the phone (mine is Activesync) and they convert all your music files to MP3 or whatever format is supported.

so i am having the same problem, i have 54 songs right now on my SD card but i am only showing 35. its formatted in FAT32 just like the manual says to do. why arent the other songs showing up, please help
