Hi, and welcome to the forum, could you fill out your system specs in the user CP? Anyways, those temps look ok. But where are the temp monitors in your system?

Hey! Welcome to the forum.
Please fill out your computer's specs Here.

To the look of your picture, your temps are extremely fine. Since you have a C2D, trust TAT temps. TAT is made by Intel for the C2D to tell the temps from the CPU's die. The die is the core, which is the hottest part of a CPU.

Between TAT and CoreTemp, there is minor differences. They range from 1-2C in difference.

Do not believe what SpeedFan says.

A CPU's load temps should not surpass 60C load. I limit my load temp to 55C to be on the safe side. I myself, am idling at 38C.

Download Orthos and run it and see what your load temps are.

Dude scrap the speed fan it sucks. IMHO I never understood why ppl use it, it never gives the right temps. I remember getting like -140 on the CPU and 243 on the HDD's. After that I uninstalled it and went looking for another temp app.

If you know how to use it, it's way better than anything else.

Uninstall speedfan and never use it again, Use tat and coretemp.

Your temps are fine, Ignore the "CPU" temp, and go by the core temps

20C does seem to low for air though.. Are you outside in a snow storm?

Not to mention that the ambient is 21°C. Unfortunately, my sub-ambient air cooler got run over by my perpetual motion machine.
