yep

Heck, for office work, you'll LOVE 1680x1050, since that easily allows two documents side by side. That's why I didn't want to give up on it

For a gaming rig in the same budget, you might want to consider 19" and a more powerful GPU.

Here check this build out.

Tell me , if i get the 3800 , will it make a difference in performance?

no overclocking here btw.

What could i change to get some more cash and not loose any performance.

Oh yeah , shipping is 60 bucks! holy crap thats expensive.

It's the case that's killing the shipping. If you pick up a case locally, you can save alot on shipping.

Yeah, cases and monitors kill shipping. For the monitor, watch your local bestbuy/circuit city ads and see if they're selling anything cheap. A while back they had a 19" widescreen LCD (either LG or Samsung) for $150 + tax.

Lol! What's with the Dual Core and X16xx/geforce 7600 cards? A simple A64 and 7300 will do if on a budget. That way, an upgrade on Monitor for sure!

check this out , free shipping on both case and LCD

http://secure.newegg.com/NewVersion/...Number=4428365

Now i have 20 bucks to spare. The LCD was a great deal , free shipping , 19" , 2ms.
The rosewill case has great reviews and its not like my coach who knows nothing about computers is going to want a gaming case.

Perhaps i can upgrade the keyboard and mouse... Not sure though. Maybe ill just leave it at that.

7600 is for medium gaming. But 7300's are for business people. But I heard 8300's on the way too.
