this maybe a STOOOPID question, and i don't mean to insult your intellagence...

Did you move it back before you powered it back up?

if you still haven't posted yet, i would remove everything from the case and bench test it...you never know, maybe something on the back side of the mobo is touching ground...

NEVER NEVER NEVER start your pc without your cpu cooling in place...it can reach very high temps fast, and even tho you shut it down quick, it still sits there hot with nothing to cool it...

I am having the same problem, but my system will sometimes turn on and sometimes it wont. When it does start up, it runs fine. When it doesnt work, it sounds like it is starting up but the screen never turns on, and I then turn it off and try again.

Also, when I shut down windows, my system will turn back on by it's self. If I turn it off using the on/off button, it stays off. I am almost sure it is the MoBo. I hope it will last untill I build my new system.

Make sure your BT's backplate aren't shorting anything out. It's been done before.
