I haven't had mine overheat while watching movies at all. Maybe they had it in an enclosed area where the heat could not escape. The ps3 does generate some heat like the 360.

Mine has never overheated, I dont think I have turned my ps3 off in 2 months. I have watched several movies, played several games from psone, ps2 and ps3 generations, folded and listened to music.

Mine doesnt seem to !

Well it seems only the HDD is different. If you want more space you can always change the HDD in the PS3 anyway.

80Gb, bah!!! No need when I'm already pushing 160Gb for the equivalent to the retail price of a 20Gb PS3.

Yeah man. I will only ever need the 60GB for my PS3 but its nice and easy to upgrade it when and if I need a bigger HDD.
