I don't think it'll make it...

I turn HT to 1x, RAM to DDR2-400, FSB to 260, and it goes into an endless rebooting chain.

Current settings: 2xHT, DDR2-667, FSB 254, .05v increase.

But then again, I haven't done anything more than a .05v increase...

Good thing is, Orthos doesn't seem to be getting the temp past 52c after 30 minutes.

Alright, alright... you talked me into it.

How much? another .05?

Oh, quick question. I got a blower that takes up a slot on the case, and when I first boot... it's really noisy, and after about a minute, it gets quiet. It's hooked up to the 12v rail... why does it get quiet? Yes I'm sure it's THAT fan, because stopping it with my finger shuts it up.

If the fan is hooked to your mobo or a controller it could be that it is set to run at a lower speed....if its plugged your mobo look in your bios, if its molex, and not on a controller, then I'm at a loss...

It's on a molex... that's why I'm confused.

Could the fan have its own built in temp sensor?
