Computer startup problem.

I just intalled my Tuniq Tower after a long day of failures, but now I have an even bigger problem. When I turn on the computer it turns on fine, all fans are operating as far as I know but it never brings up the startup screen, it just sits there with the fans going with a black screen.

I do hear a click after the first five seconds of it starting up, which I think is the when its suppose to bring up the screen, what could be the cause of this?

The click is probably the hard drives booting up.

Did you remember the ATX 2 connector located to the left of the motherboard as you look at it? This is a common motherboard power lead to miss. I missed it the first time I built this, lol.

No signal from the video card for some reason. Does your video card have power to it?

Alright, it was a simple mistake of left out devices BUT now I have a new problem. My BIOS reported a CPU fan error, does this happen when its not connected properly?, I'm not 100% sure on where I put the pins if someone could help me out I would appreciate it.

Update: I switched the pins around but still I get CPU fan error, I dont know what it could be other then the pins being in the wrong spot but it doesnt give me a hint as to where they are suppose to go in the manual that came with it.
