OT:thx
OT:Actually its CapNCrunch3

I have had some personal issues with BF2 and their staff not being able to resolve an issue with the game not allowing me to install the booster packs. they wanted me to do a fresh install of XP. I asked them what drivers do i need to remove from the registry. They never replied. So I dont play it anymore. Shame on EA. shame on Dice.

I think that the reason the game can be buggy is that it's such a massive game. Physics etc.
Don't get me wrong, I love BF2. (Perhaps too much. ) But, they could have coded it better, or at least fixed the issues in a timely manner. (I still hear about people with rampant CTDs... Almost 2 years after release.)

I think the problem with BF2142 is the physics and shot registering system. The physics seem sluggish, but I can look past that. The thing I can't look past is laggy players having the absolute upper hand against me. The shots are rendered by what the player shooting actually sees. In most cases, this is just dandy, but when you're playing someone with a ping of 200+, it can get ridiculous.

cnc3 is a good game...you can't really cheat because the game desyncs you...and everyone sees the resources you had all game, along with units and other stuff...i bought it the first day it came out...i was expecting more of RA2 (red alert 2) features but hey it works and doesn't slow up...

CNC3 was actually coded quite nicely for lower end systems. I definately recommend it

One of the few gripes I had with the game was that it was severely unbalanced on release. But otherwise it played well. Had absolutely no crashes during my play-time, didn't hold my interest long term though......

But definitely a good job by EALA

They have also been patching it like crazy, so i feel like they are making an effort with the CNC series atleast since they would loose a ton of customers if they screwed over the CNC series.

Anyone else think they did good with CNC3?
Hell yeah, C&C3 is rock solid and over all amazing.

That's not even a lie... I were at a LAN and even a guy with a P3 and a FX5700 ran it perfectly (IIRC!)

look at the other games, in the Tibian verse

CnC

the mamoth tank and orca where fairly strong and hard to destory, and the nod stealth tank was worthless

TS

The orca bombers, ion cannon, and agian Mk where hard to kill, GDI is more advanced and has the upper hand always.
