Now THAT is a highly valuable bit of info for techy120 and I, thanks! Do you run active cooling on the mosfets now, or just passive? I'm guessing the latter... Reps!
I have a D5 > cpu > gpu > sb > nb > 120 gt stealth rad> 240 gt stealth rad > D5
flow rate is still top notch but i wouldnt put anything else in there

my mosfets use the stock heatsinks, just daringly snipped off the NB sink and SB sink

Your flow rate may be top notch but your temps looks like they will suffer. Are you using a T-line or a res

T line, trust my temps are fine , cpu in my sig idles at 28C and gpu at 39, and when my 320W peltier is pumpin in some heat aswell it only goes up 3C. (for those who dont know peltier plate goes in between the cpu and water block and pumps heat away from the cpu, more heat to water but at stock the cpu temp is minus 26 degrees)

in my opinion all you need is fast flow and top notch rads a 240 and a 120 is ample (if thats how you spell that lol)

What blocks are you using to cool the NB/SB, could you do a diagram or take a clear pic of how you got your tubing setup? You have a hell of alot of blocks on one loop, what are the tempretures of your MB, CPU and GPU?

I also be interested in what the noise level is of your pc and how you mannaged to fit 2 rads in that case?

hi buddy , if you look at my previous post , i have the small swiftec chipset waterblocks, at the clocks in my sig my cpu (28C-42C) and gpu (38C-41) this is idle to heavy load. +mobo temp stays on 32C

the swiftech blocks are very simple and purley pass coolant over a plate , no complex route so pressure drop is minimal

i would have put NB b4 SB but in a fast loop the temperature change in the loop in low and it was simpler to connect the outlet of the gpu block to the SB

the pc is near silent im very picky about noise have the 120 rad on the back and 240 at the roof as my psu is at the bottom there is plenty of room for it. and the fans are Scythes £15 each badboys, great flow:noise ratio

isnt it clear where the pipes go from the pics above???
girlfiriends got the camera at the mo on holiday so cant take pics

Hi.

I was wondering more on the placment of the second radiator in your loop.

Here is a quick model I made of how I would set the loop up. I asume with the second radiator that it would go before the GPU?

it wouldnt make sence to go from the bottom (gpu) to the top rad and back down chipsets.... as you can see in the photo mines after the 120 rad... remember more ups and down and lengths of pipe the more loop resistance. sure you can set the componants up thinking that you have the optimum setup radiating before the cpu and gpu but you will be compromising the head the pump has to work against and may be doing more harm than good. personally i connect the componants up using as simpler paths and least tubing as possible.

The setup in your pics looks good tho buddy , should work a treat : ) what software you make that in? you may want to concider the rads with inlet and one end and oulet at the other with that setup?
