GA-965P-DS3 and NB temps & OCing

Hi
I m going in for a new PC after a very long time, and with have decided some items. For rest there r just very little doubts left. I have decided upon
CPU - E4300
HDD - WD Caviar 160GB
RAM - 1GB 667MHz (Kingston HyperX depending on availability or else value RAM) How good does value RAM overclock?

For M/B i had my mind on GA-965P-DS3, but one doubt i have is regarding the temperature of NB. I have read at a lot of places that the NB of his board gets quite hot during oc'ing. I live in India, and weather here in summers is very dry & temps go above 40C. Considering this scenario should i go in for this board, or the other option that i have is ASUS P5B, & MSI P965 NEO (would be last choice). I am not going for any extra cooling.
After reading a lot of reviews and user opinions on many forums, i feel that both ASUS and GB Mboard are good for OC, but wht i think is good on GB r the Solid State caps.
For those who r using the GB board, can u tell how much does the NB get hot, with no extra cooling, and what ur room temps are.

i use the s3 and yes that nb gets really hot.. if i were you i would invest in a better northbridge cooler then the stock one or at least mod a fan onto it .. i think part of the problem is the passive cooling they used for the block.. also you may want to consider the biostar board as well it seems to clock really well and you can do the bsel mod on your 4300 to jump the boot strap up to push your clocking walling a little farther..

Thanks for ur reply Trippen. I doubt the availability of Biostar board. In here the easily available boards are GA-965P-DS3, ASUS P5B & P5B Deluxe, MSI P965 NEO & Platinum. For rest, its really difficult to get them.
