52-57C idle? Reseat your current heatsink. And for $50, I think you should pay for english lessons personally, however, that is not the case. I'd say save it up and get a C2D rig eventually. C2D > P4 by leaps and bounds.

The 9500 isn't worth it. Get the Arctic Freezer 64, it's way cheaper and nearly as good as the 9500.
