I have you looked in the BIOS it see if you have the to options that you need.such as FSP clock,HTT link and memory options as well as volt options.Also what are you using for cooling like stock or aftermarket.you will be able to overclock in stock cooling but not very much.

It's FSB clock

You will overclock by raising the FSB... but it's not going to be stable right away at that. Please read the stickies the different CPU forums.
