Clone a HD

For backup purposes I want to clone my 1TB bootable RAID array to a seperate 250GB HD. The 1TB drive currently only has 72 Gigs of data on it so it will easily fit on the 250 giger.

Does anyone know of a good program that will back my bootable drive up and make another bootable drive? I really want to use SelfImage :http://selfimage.excelcia.org/ but I get a scary warning whenever I try to back up the drive. I was also thinking about DriveImage XML but it dosnt copy MBR :
http://www.runtime.org/dixml.htm

I would like to be able to do all of this from windows becase the 250 Giger is on a PCI E card, and the main drive is a RAID array so I would be really freakin difficult to attempt to find all the drives from a bootable floppy or something.

Thanks guys

Well since it appears all your HDD are WD, use Western Digital Data Lifeguard Tools. It's reliable with a very simple interface. WDDLGT

I thought about using that but I'm pretty sure you have to use the DOS CD to clone a drive which I'm trying to avoid. I

If I copy a patition, it wont make the HD a bootable drive will it, because the MBR isn't replaced.

For backups i use Acronis True Image backup software.
It's rather cheap and meets all ur needs
