First of all welcome to Overclock.net, you could start by filling out your system specs, so everyone can see waht you are using.

Ok, im not sure about overclockign a P4 Chip as i have no idea on the safe load idle temps and how good the stock cooler is on them, but i wouldnt be expecting a massive overclock on that. Do some research on your chip and see what other people are getting and use this as a goal for yourself.

Overclockign you video card.

Well myself i find the best tool to use to overclock 'ATITool' it is very easy to use, all you have to do is up your core and memory, but be carefull of your temps slowly move the core and memory up making sure it is stable at each setting.

Hope this helps.

Use the search feature to find out how to overclock the GPU. As for the CPU, why don't you try it and find out ?. There are many excellent guides on how to overclock here.

Just use the search feature on the top right corner of the page. As it is an older video card, Coolbits is the way to go. (Search for how to enable Coolbits in the registry)
