the PSU link takes me to OC.net for some reason..

$50 PSU for a 8800GTS wouldn't recommend that.. But thats up to you

I think that processor will bottleneck that card.

Your gonna want to get a better PSU and processor IMHO if you plan on running the native resolution of that monitor..

Cheaper is usually not better, core 2 duo really out does the amd2 chips by a long shot. Get a e6600 or at least a 6420

everything looks good, although I don't prefer MSI that much.
I'd stick with ASUS, although they cost more.
If you can put in the money, get the ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe. I have one and it is superb. Probably cost you an extra $60 to your total, but that aint too bad
