Maybe it is just running hot?!? Do you have it overclocked or anything? I dont honestly know for sure though.

no its not overclocked.
temp is 50c.
could it be the RAM?

That thing appear when i maximized window
but it's gone when i restore it down.

Ok try down clocking the Vram.
Maybe its at a to high to be stable clock.

Try removing the card and cleaning with compressed air, Installing the latest drivers etc.

50C is fine for a 7600GS so it's not an overheating problem.

Try older/newer drivers...maybe even third party ones? Make sure 100% it's not overclocked either
