The tech on the phone told me 8-10 days is their stated time, but it's usually a lot quicker.
I just rma's my 1950xtx and it was about 10 business days. They send you an email with a csc number and you can check the status on theire site under "rma status request form". If you speak with someone live, they will have no information pertaining to your rma (I tried) and will refer you to their site. Once it ships, they will send a tracking number (make sure you are available to accept delivery - signature required for package to be left at destination).
Don't send in your orignial packaging, they tell you in the email that it won't be returned in the same.
Right now, I wanna cry because I have this beautiful x1950xtx still sitting in the electrostatic bag (I swapped it out for a 1900xtx while I waited for my card to return). I really want to put it in my rig but that would be dumb considering I already have a 1900xtx in there now and I'm gonna need a dx10 card soon. I have been procrastinating putting it on ebay because every time I take it out to take pics I get emotionally attached (what a kicka$$ card, I really feel that this card was ati's climb to the top of the mountain - I really hope its not all downhill from here).
Umm...sorry tangent, anyway, yes about 10 working days I'd say. Good luck.
